Dr. Karyn White

Dr. White was born and raised in Olympia, WA. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Medicine and Anthropology from The Evergreen State College, and her Doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR.  Dr. White lives in Olympia with her husband and dogs.

From a young age Dr. White was fascinated with systems and how they work.  This naturally led her to choose Naturopathic Medicine as a profession.  Naturopathic Physicians focus on how your body’s physiology works with the ultimate goal of helping it function optimally.

Dr. White enjoys cooking, walking, reading, traveling, learning and spending time with her family.

Dr. White has a never-ending thirst for knowledge coupled with an innate gift for listening, the combination of which allows her to provide compassionate and comprehensive health care to her patients.

She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and is delighted to practice in Washington as a Primary Care Physician so that her day can range from providing school physicals to managing chronic “mysterious” health conditions.

Dr. White’s practice thrives on the partnerships she creates with her patients, leading them to a level of health only achieved when full participation in their own self-care occurs.  Often times patients have been on a long journey in search of answers to what ails them. Dr. White prescribes therapies to help with symptom management, but it is only when you find and remove the cause of ill health that healing can truly occur.
